Terms and Conditions

“All the Christmas Feels”

  1. Customers must purchase a minimum of one (1) gallon of the eligible/featured B-H decorative paint at any authorized/participating paint dealer or B-H retail store.

    Eligible products are Ulttima Plus Pure Flat & Eggshell, Ulttima Plus Flat, Satin Emulsions & Gloss Enamels; Perma Flat, Satin Emulsion & Gloss Enamel; Pro-Speed Flat, Eggshell & Gloss Emulsion; Excel Flat Emulsion whether the purchase is in 1-gallon or 5-gallon.

    Trade Customers (Painters, Contractors, Interior Decorators, Maintenance etc.) must purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of any BH brand paint at any of our nine (9) BH Colourcenters.

  2. Previously electronically generated codes will be printed and issued at point of purchase. Codes will be entered to a web portal or text in for a chance to win in the weekly and grand prize draws. Customers will receive entry confirmation sms. Each code can only be used once.

  3. There will be ten weekly draws and two grand prize draws.

    Four (4) winners will be selected for each draw plus four (4) additional selection as back up.  Winners should be selected randomly.  If for any reason no winner is selected for a particular week then eight (8) winners will be selected for the next draw plus four(4) backups. 

    Draw dates are as follows:

    • October 21st – Qualify entries October 18th – October 20th, 2021
    • October 28th– Qualify entries October 21st – October 27th, 2021
    • November 4th – Qualify entries October 28th -November 3rd, 2021
    • November 11th – Qualify entries November 4th – November 10th, 2021
    • November 18th – Qualify entries November 11th – November 17th, 2021
    • November 25th – Qualify entries November 18th – November 24th, 2021
    • December 2nd  - Qualify entries November 25th – December 1st, 2021
    • December 9th- Qualify entries December 2nd -December 8th, 2021
    • December 16th - Qualify entries December 9th – December 15th, 2021
    • December 23rd- Qualify entries December 16th - December 22nd, 2021
    • December 30th Grand Prize Draw - Qualify entries up to December 29th except for past winners for DIY Customers.
    • December 30th Grand Prize Draw - Qualify all entries up to December 29th for Trade Customers.

  4. The promotion runs from October 18th, 2021 until 11:59 pm EST December 29th, 2021.
  5. Winners must present a valid government I.D. (Driver’s license, National I.D. or Passport) and proof of purchase when redeeming prize.
  6. All winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw via telephone. Three (3) calls will be made within 30 minutes segment during Miss Kitty.  Failure to answer will result in forfeiture of the prize and defer to the backup entries in the order they were drawn.
  7. Unclaimed prizes thirty (30) days after promotion ends will be retained by B-H Paints. 
  8. All participants must be 18 years of age and older.
