RULES OF THE PROMOTION

The mechanics, rules and conditions for the promotion are as follows:

1. The name of the promotion is LASCO WIN YOUR CHRISTMAS WISH
2. The promotional period is November 1 to December 31, 2019
3. Any purchase of five (5) LASCO products entitles a customer to enter the competition.

HOW TO ENTER

a. Purchase any five (5) LASCO products from your favourite retailer or wholesaler island-wide.
b. Customers may enter the promotion in two ways:

1. Mail 5 labels of LASCO products,along with your name, address, contact number and tag line EVERYDAY FAMILY VALUES to LASCO WIN YOUR CHRISTMAS WISH PROMOTION PO Box 9929 CSO Kingston
2. Take a picture of detailed bill, which must show name of product purchased, quantity purchased, date purchased and the location of purchase and upload image to www.lasco.mobi. Complete the form with name, email address, contact number, address and tag line EVERYDAY FAMILY VALUES

c. The draws will be executed at 4pm each Thursday for the duration of the promotion as follows:

1. 15 winners (10 winners and 5 backups) will be drawn from the web-based entries each week and 25 (15 winners and 10 backups) from the mail-based entries. The first 25 winners verified each week are the winners. All eligible entries not selected in the first 25 will be returned to the draw.
2. Names of winners will be sent to the media house on each Friday following the draw. These winners will be called in the following week.
3. Each day, five (5) winners will be announced on air and an attempt will be made to call and engage with the winner live on air each week (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays, beginning November 25 and ending December 31, 2019.
4. On December 19 2019, 25 winners will be drawn for the period December 23 to 31, with no calls being made on December 25 and 26 2019, as these are public holidays.

5. Each weekday (excluding public holidays) beginning November 25, 2019, the customers will be called live on radio announcing that customer wins a prize.
a. Each day, each winner announced will win ten thousand dollars (J$10,000.00)
b.A total of five winners will be called each day.

6.LASCO reserves the right to use the winner's image or voice in any advertising or promotional activity without consideration. Failure to participate will result in the forfeiture of winning.

7.Arrangements to claim prizes must be claimed within ten (10) working days of announcement.

8. The Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to choose between a 2020 Toyota Yaris and a Trip for two (2) to Tokyo including airfare, hotel accommodation for four (4) nights and five (5) days and tickets and spending cash valued at no more than one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000.00) for Olympic events. The grand prize winner also has the option to choose a cash value not exceeding three million dollars (J$3,000,000.00) in lieu of choosing either of the grand prizes.

SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PHONE CALLS

1. LASCO's auditors, BDO Chartered Accountants, will be auditing the draws.
2. Following the phone call on air, LASCO Manufacturing Ltd. or its agent, will make five (5) attempts to contact each of the selected entrants the day following each set of phone calls via telephone over a period of twenty-four (24) hours. During each attempt, the phone will be allowed to ring five (5) times before the call is ended. If no one answers, this will be considered a failed call and one attempt. If the number is busy, this is considered a failed call and one attempt. No voice message(s) will be left for any winner who does not answer the call.
3. If the winner entered the promotion from the www.lasco.mobi site, the winner will be required to produce a receipt in order to collect the prize.
4. The winners' names and images from all draws will be posted on LASCO's website, on social media and in the newspaper.
5. The winners will be required to provide valid identification (i.e. driver's licence, passport or voter's ID) in order to collect the prizes. Failure to produce valid identification will result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. AII prizes must be collected by March 31, 2020 otherwise the prizes will remain the property of LASCO Manufacturing Ltd.
7. LASCO Affiliated Companies reserve the right to use any winner's voice, image, etc. without payment. Refusal to do same will result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Employees of LASCO Affiliated Companies and Advertising and Marketing Jamaica Ltd. and their immediate family members (defined as living in the same household) are not eligible.
9. Any winner under the age of eighteen (18) must have the written permission of their parents/guardians to collect the prize(s).
